Life ...

Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.

Life is beauty, admire it.

Life is a dream, realize it.

Life is a challenge, meet it.

Life is a duty, complete it.

Life is a game, play it.

Life is a promise, fulfil it.

Life is sorrow, overcome it.

Life is a song, sing it.

Life is a struggle, accept it.

Life is a tragedy, confront it.

Life is an adventure, dare it.

Life is luck, make it.

Life is life, fight for it.

Mother Teresa

As we hurtle through another month head first into Easter as March draws to a close; how much of Lent have we actually been aware of? How much of our mental disciplines have we adhered to? As we await Jesus' ultimate sacrifice, in order to make our lives possible in every way, I’m reminded of the poem by Mother Teresa. Life is possible in all its great and gory multifaceted ways; because of the sacrifice that Jesus made for us. The most sinless person that earth has ever had walk on its surface, took all the sin of the world for us and bore it down to hell in order to set us free. He broke the barrier of death. Made a way for us. Set us free from sin so we can live life and live it to its fullest. With Him by our side and smiling at us as a parent smiles at their children when they live their life to its full potential. So don’t give up, it’s not too late to turn to the Lord, His arms are always open ready to love and guide you. Support and comfort you. As the poem says life is hard. The ups are great and the downs are difficult. But with Jesus we don’t face anything alone, he promises to always be with us to guide and strengthen us, love and support us. So enjoy St David’s day, enjoy St Patrick’s day. Don’t forget Mothering Sunday and as Easter closes us out on this month don’t forget to praise and thank the Lord that he sees me, counts me worthy and loves me enough to die for me.

Every blessing,

Claire
